Known as “Alex” among family, friends, and brethren. He hails from the Province of Laguna, Philippines. Alex is a veteran Philippine Lawyer since 1994.
His journey as an immigrant in New Zealand started on 24 December 2007. He studied at the University of Auckland and was able to obtain a Certificate Of Proficiency (Equity). On 17 September 2010, he was admitted as Barrister & Solicitor in the High Court. He also worked as Support Officer in the Family Court, Auckland District Court, and various law firms.
Alex is no stranger to the many struggles of a migrant in New Zealand. Before becoming a lawyer here, he worked as a shelves filler, house cleaner, factory worker, and security staff.
